# What is Azoth?

With extensive experience in financial asset management, investment banking, and Web 3 investment, our dedicated founding team has thoughtfully identified the structural challenges of traditional financial assets, particularly in areas of "liquidity," "global accessibility," and "digital integration." While RWA has emerged as an exciting trend embraced by both the crypto community and traditional institutions, we’ve noticed that many projects still face gaps in professional real asset evaluation, compliance pathway understanding, and the ability to bridge the systemic divide between traditional finance and Web3 technology. Inspired by our shared vision to redefine the foundation of financial assets—making them open, modular, and decentralized—we proudly established Azoth in 2024, with the hope of creating a more inclusive and innovative financial ecosystem for all.

## About Us

Azoth is a public, fully decentralized and professional RWA world, where you can purchase real-world assets on chain freely. Azoth does not belong to any individual or entity, but to every person who supports the Web3 vision, to every participant, developer, and user who believes in open, fair, and transparent rules, enabling everyone to become a participant in RWA-Fi and thus promoting the development of RWA-Fi.

We screen real-world assets and list their RWA products for users to purchase the assets they want. On Azoth, users can access due diligence reports on screened real-world assets and industry research on the RWA market, and then select their preferred high-quality RWA projects through a voting mechanism. After that, users can directly purchase assets on the Azoth platform by linking their wallets.

## Project Background

The world is on the brink of a financial revolution, and blockchain technology is at its heart. Real-world assets (RWA) hold trillions of dollars in value, yet they remain trapped in outdated systems, inaccessible to many. In 2024, we saw an opportunity to lead the charge. Our platform was born from a bold vision: to unlock the value of these assets by bringing them onto the blockchain, transforming them into liquid, transparent, and globally accessible opportunities.

## Existing problems

Today’s financial ecosystem is riddled with inefficiencies. For issuers, raising capital is a slow, expensive, and bureaucratic nightmare. For investors, accessing high-quality, diversified assets is like navigating a maze with no exit. Liquidity is scarce, transparency is often an afterthought, and trust is hard to come by. In Asia, these problems are magnified by fragmented regulations, underdeveloped infrastructure, and a lack of innovation. The result? A vast ocean of untapped potential, waiting for someone to bridge the gap between tradition and the future.

## Our Mission

Our mission is clear: to redefine the future of finance by unlocking the power of real-world assets. We are building a platform where issuers can raise capital seamlessly, investors can access a world of opportunities, and everyone can participate in a more inclusive financial system. We are breaking down barriers, creating liquidity, and fostering trust. We are not just building a platform—we are building a movement. A movement that empowers individuals, transforms industries, and paves the way for a brighter, more equitable future.
